Pay Disparity and Sexual Harassment Filed Against Cedar Realty CEO Schanzer
CEO Bruce Schanzer is being accused of sexual harassment and pay discrimination charges by the company’s former Chief Operating Officer Nancy H Mozzachio. The decision whether of these charges is in the hands of a judge in Brooklyn.
According to Nancy Mozzachio on her statement last Nov 2 to CEO Bruce Schanzer, she says that he was giving improper comments to ladies at work. CEO Schanzer also called former COO Nancy “babe” and has made a few side comments about her breasts. Aside from those, CEO Shanzer is also said to make some inappropriate joke about bringing some Double Ds to work when the former COO was drinking some coffee.
